The battery grip mounts easily to both cameras with its 1/4 20 threaded mount, and a tripod mounting socket on the bottom of allows for use or mono pod your camera. Both batteries are rechargeable inside the grip via Micro-USB port on. Does not contain original packaging but the product is new and remains unused. An alternate shutter release button allows you to shoot comfortably while holding the camera vertically and securely with rubberized nonslip grip.

Note: The grip is also functionally compatible with the a6500 camera, but because body slightly larger, fit not ergonomically perfect.
